The major treatment approach is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Many research studies have shown CBT to be the most effective psychological treatment for a wide range of problems. Depending on your difficulties we also utilise strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness therapies.
